1. Introduction

At QuickEpic, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our ticket generation service.

2. Data Collection & Storage

We collect and store the following information to provide our service:

• User Inputs: The text prompts and descriptions you enter.
• Uploaded Images: Screenshots or visual contexts you upload.
• Generated Content: The Jira tickets and related content generated by our system.

All your generated tickets and associated data are stored securely in Supabase. This allows you to access your history and manage your generations.

3. AI & LLM Providers

Our service uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate ticket content. Currently, we utilize Mistral AI. When you generate a ticket, your prompts and inputs are sent to these providers for processing. Please note that the providers we use may change in the future to improve quality or performance.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can delete your generated tickets at any time through the application interface. Once deleted, the data is removed from our database.

5. Cookies & Authentication

We use cookies primarily for authentication and security purposes (via Clerk) to keep your account safe and your sessions active.
