Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
The short version
You own the videos you make with QuickEpic Video, as long as you have the rights to what you put in. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime; credits are spent on AI actions at published, fixed prices. Don't use the service to make anything illegal, infringing, or harmful, and don't try to break or abuse it.
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are a contract between you and QuickEpic (“we,” “us”) covering your use of QuickEpic Video, an AI tool that turns prompts, templates, and websites into motion-graphic videos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you're using QuickEpic Video on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use QuickEpic Video.
- Give us accurate sign-up information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
- One person per account — don't share or resell access.
3. Plans, credits, and billing
QuickEpic Video offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Current prices and what each plan includes are listed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
- Credits. AI actions — creating, editing, voiceovers, soundtracks, and exports on paid plans — cost a fixed number of credits. Unused monthly plan credits reset on each billing date and don't roll over.
- Top-ups. Subscribers can buy extra credit packs. Top-up credits last 12 months from purchase and are spent only after your monthly plan credits run out.
- Free plan. The free plan includes 3 watermarked exports a month and no AI credits. We may change free-plan limits at any time.
- Changes and cancellation. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your plan stays active until then.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
If we change our prices, we'll give you notice before the new price applies to your next renewal.
4. Your content
“Your content” means the prompts, URLs, assets, and other material you provide, and the videos, scripts, and audio we generate for you from them.
- You own it. As between you and us, you own your content. You can use the videos you export for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
- You grant us a license to run the service. You give us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content — including sending it to our AI providers — only as needed to provide QuickEpic Video to you. We don't sell your content or use it to train our own models.
- You have the rights. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or point us to, including any website, logo, image, or music, and that using it won't infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI-generated output
Videos are produced with the help of third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output generated for other users, so review everything before you publish it. You're responsible for how you use your output, including checking that it's accurate and appropriate for your audience.
6. Acceptable use
When using QuickEpic Video, you agree not to:
- Create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or hate.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, or impersonate a real person or brand to mislead people.
- Make deceptive content such as deepfakes, scams, or misinformation presented as fact.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around usage limits, credits, or watermarks.
- Use the service to build a competing product or resell it without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Our property
QuickEpic Video itself — the software, design, branding, and the template library — is owned by QuickEpic and protected by law. You may use templates to make your own videos, but you may not copy, redistribute, or resell the templates themselves.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without any obligation to you.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using QuickEpic Video and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates legal risk or harms other users, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your videos first.
9. Disclaimers
QuickEpic Video is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, QuickEpic won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold QuickEpic harmless from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above, and we'll tell you about material changes through the app or by email. If you keep using QuickEpic Video after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
